Our Hardness Test Blocks are designed for verification and calibration of Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV), and Rockwell (HRC, HRB) hardness testing machines in laboratory and production environments.
Blocks are manufactured from selected steel grades and heat-treated under controlled conditions to ensure uniform hardness distribution and long-term stability. Certified values are established using calibrated reference machines under strictly controlled test parameters.
Each block is supplied with a certificate specifying hardness value, applied test force, indenter type, and full measurement traceability.
