Each project begins with a comprehensive technical assessment to define the scope of investigation and identify critical functional and design requirements. Representative specimens are then prepared in accordance with applicable international standards, followed by precision dimensional inspection, metrology, and advanced laboratory analyses to determine material specifications, manufacturing processes, heat treatment conditions, coating systems, and the physical, mechanical, metallurgical, and chemical characteristics of the component.

The collected results are evaluated against international standards including ASTM, ISO, EN, API, ASME, and DIN, as well as customer-specific requirements, to verify compliance, identify equivalent material grades, and establish the most appropriate manufacturing specifications. Where required, additional investigations such as non-destructive testing, corrosion assessment, performance testing, and failure analysis are incorporated to provide a complete understanding of product integrity and service performance.
