The FE-SEM is fitted with Secondary Electron (SE), Backscattered Electron (BSE), and In-Beam detectors, as well as an Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) analyzer, enabling high-resolution imaging, compositional contrast, and detailed elemental analysis.<\/p><p>The instrument offers an official magnification capability of up to 1,000,000\u00d7 and allows for the investigation of
